About Us

Advanced Trim & Kitchens has grown from one installer in the 1980s to a full service, custom millwork company today. While remaining family-owned, builders and remodelers have come to rely on ATK for supply and installation of beautiful craftsmanship. 

 

We attribute our growth to the quality, convenience and integrity we consistently provide our customers. ATK craftsmen and installers offer top-notch service from the warehouse to the field. We spend significant  time measuring on-site and verifying designs before creating standard and unique pieces within our shop. A nearly 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse, millshop with CNC machine, pre-hung door machine and custom moulder enable us to supply materials for a wide range of millwork needs, and our experienced installers seamlessly finalize the process with impressive results. This complementary combination has proven successful throughout Lancaster County and the greater Delaware Valley region for the past 25 years.

 

ATK is owned and operated by Merv & Jenn Engel. Merv joined the business in 1999. He has applied a strong work ethic and leadership skills to develop a focused organization that models integrity, responsibility and generosity. Jenn became the CEO of Advanced Trim & Kitchen in 2008 when they purchased the business. Outside of ATK, Merv & Jenn enjoy spending time with their three children, farming, hunting and serving their church and community.
